Hello World!  I’m Leo Tonkin and in my infinite, yet limited wisdom, along with the persuasive input from friends, clients and colleagues, I have started this blog to share my years of real-world, ‘been-there-done-that’ experience in the leadership development, training and organizational consulting world. …coupled with my experiences in living life.  My intention is for the information here to be of value and to make a difference in your work and life.  Some of what is here may be common-sense, yet not common practice.  Some of it will question your assumptions, challenge your perspectives and provide some new thinking.  I believe I bring a unique, often humorous, and sometimes a twisted point-of-view to things that matter most to us all–our work, our relationships, our communities–our life!
